The Circle Seal L500 series zero leakage relief valves can be set as low as 0.2 psi (14 mbar) and are available in both inline and discharge to atmosphere versions. They are available in 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″ npt connections and with a wide variety of soft seats including viton, neoprene and Kalrez the latter of which is suitable for use up to 550 deg F ( 288 deg C).
