The Wasco range of miniature high purity pressure and vacuum switches are manufactured with all stainless steel wetted parts and all welded construction.
They are leak tested and certified to 1×10 -9 cc per sec. Of Helium, the wetted surfaces are electropolished to 10Ra, or better, to reduce particulates.
The complete manufacture is carried out in a class 100 cleanroom.
The pressure switches are available with both the maximum system pressure of 500 psi (34.5 bar) with 4 set point ranges from 1 to 30 psi (69 mbar to 2.1 bar) to 18 to 500 psi (1.2 to 34.5 bar)
There are two ranges in the vacuum switch models which are 1.6 to 29.5 in Hg ( 41 to 750 mm Hg) and 6 to 29.5 in Hg ( 152 to 750 mm Hg). Maximum system vacuum is 29.9 in Hg (760 mm Hg)
